When calls are handled through AKOVOR, we may process caller phone numbers, call time, call duration, call status, speech input, call summaries, messages, appointment details, transfer activity, and related operational records.
Business Profile and Receptionist Data
Business owners control the information they add to their receptionist profile, including greetings, services, FAQs, instructions, voice preferences, transfer numbers, and appointment settings. AKOVOR uses this information to answer calls and perform requested actions for that business.
Call Logs and Recordings
If call recording is enabled, AKOVOR may store recordings and related call details so businesses can review conversations, confirm messages, improve call handling, and maintain service records.
Businesses are responsible for using call recording in a way that complies with applicable consent, notice, and disclosure laws. AKOVOR may display recordings and call logs in the dashboard when enabled for the account.
Calendar Connections
When a business connects Google Calendar, AKOVOR may use calendar access to check availability, create appointments, and send appointment-related confirmations. Calendar access is used only to provide the requested scheduling functionality for that business.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide AI receptionist services, answer calls, capture messages, send email notifications, transfer calls, schedule appointments, display dashboard activity, improve reliability, maintain security, provide support, and manage billing or account operations.
Service Providers
AKOVOR may use trusted service providers for phone service, speech recognition, text-to-speech, email delivery, hosting, analytics, calendar integration, and payment or account management. These providers process information as needed to support AKOVOR services.
AI Processing
AKOVOR uses AI systems to understand caller requests, generate receptionist replies, identify actions, and help businesses respond faster. AI output may be based on business profile data, FAQs, call context, and enabled account features.
How We Share Information
We do not sell business or caller information. We may share information with the business account owner, authorized users on the account, service providers that support AKOVOR, or when required to comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, or operate the service safely.
Data Retention
We keep account, call, message, recording, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, support the business account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve reliability. Businesses may request deletion of certain records when available in the dashboard or by contacting AKOVOR.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but AKOVOR works to limit access, protect credentials, and reduce unnecessary exposure of business and caller data.
Your Choices
Business owners can update receptionist settings, disable optional features, disconnect calendar access, delete recordings when available, and request account support. Callers may contact the business directly for questions about messages, appointments, or recordings handled on behalf of that business.
Children
AKOVOR is intended for business use and is not designed for children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
