Just started

I just started with the electric cigarette (two weeks so far) and so far, yea, I'm off the real stuff but I have to say it takes some getting used to.

I got a little bit of the headache and some coughing but not sure if this is part of the withdrawal or the new e cig?

Could be the eliquid you are using. It is very important you use CLEAN eliquid or those side effects can be quite common.

I think what you are feeling is normal. I had some coughing and headaches as well at first. It could be you are not using a high enough nicotine content and may have some withdrawal symptoms.

Its not bad though if you are using less nicotine than before.
