There are really 2 addictions when it comes to cigarette smoking. 1. The nicotine addiction and 2. The psychological addiction. There are really 3 types of smokers, the casual smoker which for the most part is not really addicted to any aspect cigarette smoking. The light smoker which is typically addicted to either the nicotine, the psychological or both. Finally, there is the heavy smoker which is highly addicted to both.

Casual Smokers
